Cherry & Oak is the brainchild of Walaku SG and ASAP & Co. Here at Cherry & Oak, we strive to be the bridge between two cultures for a unique and alleviated dining experience by combining the Western method of slow-smoking meat, and our favourite Malay dish, Nasi Lemak Bakar. And so, Cherry & Oak was formed to spread our vision, our very own take on this hybrid cuisine that we call Artisanal Wood-Smoked Cuisine.
